WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT

As part of an overhaul of its organizational model, EFSA has created the Human Capital and Knowledge Management Unit (HUCAP), a team comprising 20+ dedicated HR professionals.
The mission of HUCAP is to lead the development and implementation of inclusive strategies which aim to manage both the internal and external workforce coherently and to build on individual knowledge and skills so as to maintain and develop the stable body of competencies required by EFSA. In particular, the key strategic target of the Unit is to integrate and maintain a talent management culture throughout the entire employee life cycle in EFSA.
Your key responsibilities
The jobholder will work under the responsibility of the Head of HUCAP Unit and will be in charge of one or more of the following HR fields/tasks: Talent Selection, Learning and Development, Talent Management/HR Centre of Expertise and Resource Planning, Monitoring and Reporting.
Salary and benefits
EFSA can offer the selected candidate a contract of 5 years with the possibility of renewal. The successful candidate will be recruited in Contract Agent Function Group IV. The basic monthly salary for grade 13 (up to 7 years’ professional experience) is € 3,170.61, for grade 14 (more than 7 years’ professional experience) – € 3,587.37 and for grade 16 (more than 20 years’ professional experience) – € 4,592.43, subject to an annual review of remuneration provided for in Article 65(1) of the Staff Regulations.
This established reserve list may be used for the recruitment of a similar position depending on the needs of EFSA, and will be valid until 31/12/2016 (the validity of the reserve list may be extended).
