Under the supervision of the Head of Administration, to provide administrative support as regards the accounting and related matters in compliance with the Financial Regulation and other legal requirements.
Function name: Management of the ABAC system
(1) To record all transactions in ABAC on a regular basis
(2) To check invoices before issuing payment orders
(3) To execute accounting transactions and reconciling outstanding transaction
(4) To execute payments through bank and manage the bank accounts accordingly
(5) To reconcile bank accounts and follow-up outstanding and not executed bank transaction
(6) To manage cash payment/ receipt and provide supporting documents
(7) To make bank withdrawals accordingly to rules in force in the Delegation
Candidates for the post should be National of the Republic of Kazakhstan or having a work permit.
