The successful candidate will contribute to diverse and innovative communications products aimed at explaining complex scientific ideas to scientific and non-scientific audiences and visualising information and data in an engaging manner. The candidate will support the implementation of a corporate identity, will contribute to the design of a new website and work with colleagues from throughout the organisation to help us create a consistent and compelling brand for the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).

Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Communications Channels Head of Unit, the successful candidate will:
- Design and produce a range of print, web and multimedia products in support of EFSA’s risk communications and corporate communications activities;
- Contribute to the development of EFSA’s brand image;
- Contribute to the development of a new corporate identity, including implementing guidelines and the design into our various channels and products;
- Contribute to the design of EFSA’s new website;
- Help ensure a consistent look and feel throughout EFSA’s communications products;
- Collaborate with colleagues from various units in the organisation and support diverse initiatives in a consistent manner;
- Support communications campaigns with graphic design, creative ideas and technical advice for implementation;
- Assist in the development of a consistent layout for EFSA publications;
- Manage the corporate picture database.
