The overall objective of the project is to improve capacities of the Government of Mongolia for better delivery of good quality public services.
The specific objective is to support the initiative of the Government of Mongolia to adopt European principles, norms and standards relating to the first pillar “Free Movement of Goods” through institutional capacity building.
