The UNDP Country Office in Rwanda has recently started an effort to reinforce the role of the Communication Unit within the organization and the implementation of their mandate.

Under the overall guidance and direct supervision of the Head of Communications Unit, and working jointly with the whole team, the interns are responsible for undertaking the following tasks:
Web redesign; Maintenance and update of the UNDP Rwanda site (www.undp.rw.org); Ensuring smooth functioning and linking content to social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and Youtube; Support to the implementation of the UNDP communications strategy in Rwanda, specifically with regard to media monitoring, etc.
