rome job festivalFrom the 5th to the 8th of March 2016, in Rome, Italy, the first event entirely dedicated to young people looking for job and study opportunities, in Italy and abroad, will take place. The Eternal City will be host to 30.000 participants coming from 100 countries around the world. Multiculturalism, employment, internationalization and study are the keywords which will make the Rome International Careers Festival a precious opportunity for meeting people and exchanging experiences, dreams and knowledge.

During the days of the Festival, the participants can test their skills and learn new competencies in order to better understand their future professional path. They will be able to do so through 5 projects and thanks to 650 scholarships available for the most deserving candidates:

The Rome Model United Nations, a simulation of the inner workings of the United Nations dedicated to those interested in the world of international relations and diplomacy (www.romemun.org);

The Rome Business Game, a simulation of the most relevant International companies dedicated to those interested in economics, marketing and finance (www.romebusinessgame.org);

The Rome Press Game, a simulation of a Web, Radio and TV editorial staff dedicated to those interested in global communications, journalism and foreign languages (www.romepressgame.org);

The International Careers Course, practical workshops and roundtable discussions to acquire soft skills and extensive competencies necessary to enter the job market;

The International Careers Fair, hundreds of stands in order to let participants meet the most prestigious international universities and International organizations to discover job and study opportunities for an international career.

The first edition of the Rome International Careers Festival is powered by the Italian Association Giovani nel Mondo, well-known in Italy and abroad for the RomeMUN and for the website www.carriereinternazionali.com.

The International Careers Festival allows students meet experts from Top Universities, like College d’Europe, King’s College of London and Luiss Guido Carli University, United Nations Agencies like the World Food Programme and the IFAD, embassies, NGOs and other organisations.
