Social Media & Online Marketing Intern – Cullen International

Cullen International are looking for a natural communicator to help them take their social media presence to the next level. You will look at their current online marketing activities with a fresh eye, refine their social media strategy, and translate their content into stories that will speak to their target audiences

The ideal candidate:

  • has an open and friendly personality.
  • is creative and thoughtful when interacting with online communities and building relationships.
  • has strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • is a creative self-starter who is comfortable with both multi-tasking and taking initiative.
  • has experience with website CMS, Microsoft applications, basic photo- & video-editing software, and internet browsers. Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, infographics is a plus.

The role:

  • Analyse their target audiences’ social media behaviour.
  • Build and manage Cullen International’s social media profiles and presence, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Facebook, Youtube, Slideshare – plus potential other channels you may suggest.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from their social network presence.
  • Update their website.
  • Create via copywriting, photography, videography shareable content for different channels to both spread their brand and their content.
  • Run online media campaigns campaigns and track their success.
  • Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target audiences.

Practical details:

  • The candidate will report to and work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager.
  • This position is available part-time or full-time – based on academic requirements – and based at their Brussels office. Start date anytime as of February 2016.
  • This internship is only open to students currently enrolled in university, with eligibility to work within the EU who are seeking internship credit to fulfil academic requirements.

  • There is no remuneration for this internship.
