IT Support Coordinator – Greenpeace UK

Greenpeace_logoEffective Information Systems are critical to helping us achieve our aims. Greenpeace are currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused, IT Support Co-ordinator to provide front line services to end users.

You will be responsible for providing front line support to a wide range of different users, solving problems and helping them to maximise their use of IT services. The services you will support users on range from cloud services like Google Apps and Box through to our in-house supporter database. You will use your sound understanding of IT to manage aspects of their back end infrastructure as well, helping ensure that Greenpeace’s IS systems run smoothly day to day.

You will also get the opportunity to participate in the development of training courses and new project work.

Salary: £36,060 to £42,216 per annum pro rata (26.25 hours per week)
