CONCORD is the European Confederation of Development and Relief NGOs. Its 27 national associations and 18 international networks represent over 1,800 NGOs which are supported by millions of citizens across Europe.
Summary of tasks:
The consultant will have overall responsibility for:
- Analyzing the different outcome and process documents of the MFF, the Heading 4, the DCI and EDF negotiations
- Writing the text of the first more political part of the publication (5 pages)
- Writing the text of the second more technical part of the publication (10-15 pages)
- Writing an executive summary for both parts of the publication
- Formulate key recommendations at the end of each part for EU institutions and possibly also other actors
- Preparing a more media friendly tool with the key findings and recommendations of the publication
- Presenting – during an interim workshop with CONCORD members – the progress so far and suggested ways forward
- Regular participation in teleconferences of the MFF steering group (if needed)
