The European Youth Forum (YFJ) is the Platform of Youth Organisations in Europe. Independent, democratic and youth-led, it represents 97 National Youth Councils and International Youth Organisations from across the Continent. The Youth Forum works to empower young people to participate actively in society to improve their own lives, by representing and advocating their needs and interests and those of their organisations towards the European Institutions, the Council of Europe and the United Nations.
The Forum is recruiting an Administrative Officer. The successful candidate will be part of the Administrative Team, working under the direct supervision of the Administrative Coordinator, will be responsible to support general administrations tasks of the European Youth Forum Office, including meetings support, backup the team, archiving and logistics arrangements.
A special focus of the Administrative Officer will be to support logistically and administratively the organisation of public events and conferences organised by the Forum, involving external audiences and institutional partners, such as the European Parliament and other European and international institutions.
