The Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam has a vacancy for a post of Interpreter/Translator with an indefinite term contract. The selected person will provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation at meetings, conferences, etc. and translation of documents and incoming mails from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
Functions and duties:
– Providing consecutive interpretation at meetings with Vietnamese government representatives, project partners, press conferences and all other events requiring interpretation.
– Providing simultaneous interpretation when required.
– Translation of documents and incoming mail in any field involving good general education and vocabulary knowledge in a wide range of activities.
