Think European – act local: the role of federal states and regions in the EU youth strategy

The conference will provide an opportunity to discuss the EU youth strategy and its contribution to Europe’s broader growth strategy Europe 2020. The aim is to increase awareness of the role and political mandate of the regions with regards to European youth strategies.
La conférence souhaite donner aux participants l’occasion d’échanger sur la stratégie européenne pour la jeunesse et la contribution qu’elle peut apporter à la stratégie de croissance européenne Europe 2020. L’objectif est de renforcer la perception du rôle et du mandat politique des régions dans la mise en œuvre des axes prioritaires de la politique européenne.
Die Konferenz möchte den Teilnehmern die Gelegenheit bieten, sich über die EU-Jugendstrategie und ihren Beitrag zur europäischen Wachstumsstrategie, Europa 2020, auszutauschen. Ziel ist es, das Bewusstsein über die Rolle und das politische Mandat der Regionen im Hinblick auf die Umsetzung der europäischen jugendpolitischen Schwerpunkte zu stärken.
