2014 Traineeships – EMCDDA

emcdda-logoThe European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) offers paid traineeships to graduates

Available positions:

Monitoring new drugs
To contribute to the work in the area of new psychoactive substances, in particular with the development of a new European database on new drugs and to support the preparation of reports on new psychoactive substances, including the Joint Reports and Risk Assessments and to contribute to the work in the area of monitoring the Internet.

Drug markets
To provide support in the supply area, in particular in the areas of drug seizures, cannabis cultivation sites, drug prices, drug purity and content and to provide support with the development of supply data on the EMCDDA website and to contribute to the work in the area of wastewater analysis, market size estimates and new trends.

Data management
To contribute to the work of the Data Management Team, in particular with the Statistical Bulletin input, the graphical presentation of data and the development of web based presentations of data tables and graphics and to support the unit in the exploitation of data through standalone, cross-indicator and cross-area analysis.

Interventions
To contribute to the work in the area of interventions in particular in the prevention and best practice area and to contribute to the work in the policy area.
