The Centre of Excellence in the Humanities “Alma Mater” at SU “St Kliment Ohridski” announces a competition for 10 (ten) fellowship grants for a short-term research visit for senior foreign scholars applying with a research project in the field of the humanities for a period of 4 weeks at SU “St Kliment Ohridski”. The grant is up to 5000 (five thousand) Euros for a period of 4 weeks while the exact payment scheme is to be specified in the contract signed with the beneficiary. The short-term research visit is to be conducted in the period 01/02/2014 – 15/07/2014.
The fellowship is aimed at senior scholars, carrying out a research and/or teaching in the following academic fields: history, social and political sciences, law, philosophy, cultural studies, pedagogy, philology and journalism, economy, administration and management, geography. They must hold a senior academic position and work at a foreign higher education institution, research centre or other academic organisation at the time of applying. Holders of doctoral and post-doctoral grants from “Dialogue Europe” Institute and “Alma Mater” Centre of Excellence in the Humanities are not eligible.
