The successful candidate will support the organization of events (receptions, seminars, meetings, etc) organized in Europa House, the Delegation’s premises, as well as receptionist duties and other tasks in the Administration Section under the supervision of the Head of Section.
The main tasks of the Administration Section relate to the day-to-day management of the Delegation, including budget implementation, personnel management, building management, support for public and internal events, procurement, administrative formalities towards the host country, vehicles and security.
The selected candidate will work as an office clerk (local agent) with the Head of Administration and support the tasks of the Administration Section in the Delegation.
