The Donald W. Reynolds National Center for Business Journalism will award two $1,000 fellowships to attend the annual conference of the Society of American Business Editors and Writers (SABEW) in Phoenix March 27-29.
The Reynolds Center fellowship is open to full-time journalists who want to attend the center’s free training before and during the conference, as well as other sessions.
The center will present the following training:
- Detecting Corporate Fraud, a free, pre-conference workshop, 1:30-4:30 p.m. March 27, with Theo Francis of The Wall Street Journal and Roddy Boyd of the Southern Investigative Reporting Foundation.
- Data Visualization: A Hands-On Primer for Business Journalists, from 8:45-11:45 a.m. March 28, during the conference, with Dianne Finch, visiting assistant professor of communications at Elon University.
