Conciliation Resources’ South Asia Programme works to enhance prospects for a non-violent transformation of the long-standing conflict over the disputed territories of Jammu and Kashmir. The South Asia Projects Manager will manage and develop a range of projects that help develop constructive approaches to the conflict at local, national, regional and international levels.
Eligibility/Requirements
Post-graduate qualification in a relevant field and substantial project management experience in peacebuilding, or related field. Experience of working with a wide range of social and political actors is essential as is a sound understanding of the South Asia region. A willingness to travel regularly (between two-four months per year) is also required. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK as we t are unable to facilitate work permit.
Full-time (37.5 hours)
Fixed-term contract (15 months) London-based, with regular travel
Salary: £40,441 plus 9% employer pension contribution
