Sales Coordinator (full time)

As Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for all facets of recruiting (SALES) and preparing 18-26 year olds to travel to the USA as an au pair. You’ll be based in Rome, Italy and manage a network of field staff throughout Italy while reporting to the Country Program Manager.
With a strong focus on goals, this role provides you with a great deal of responsibility and autonomy. If you enjoy working hard and are motivated by seeing the results of your efforts and by motivating others, this position will both challenge and inspire you.
The role includes the responsibility for Cultural Care Au Pair’s sales activities in Italy such as incoming calls, telemarketing, pre/post screening, school and fair visits and other support activities related to the application process of future au pairs.

The successful candidate:

• Has a passion for sales and customer service
• Is independent, responsible, goal oriented and has a bubbly personality
• Is a team player who is able to effectively work with other sales staff
• Ideally would have been an Au Pair or has lived abroad for some time
• Has a passion for the USA, it´s people and it´s cultureWho are they looking for?
