An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join an enthusiastic team working for an Accredited Private Nursing Home which has been providing private care facilities for over 45 years.
Our client, based in Lytham St Annes, is a 27 bedding Nursing Home and it is committed to maintaining excellence in their care by using tried and tested management systems to ensure that the highest quality of care is consistently delivered.
We are looking for a RGN/ RMN on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate must have experience in the sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and be a good team worker.
In addition, you will have responsibility for leading your shift, and must ensure that the Home Care delivers excellent standards of care; as well as promoting independence and dignity, and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in your care.
Your main duties as a Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN) will be responsible for administration of medication, supervision of Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants, writing and updating care plans, review and audit of care plans and risk assessments; and general nursing care such as wound dressing and personal care.

The successful Registered General Nurse (RGN/RMN) must have:
• A relevant Nursing qualification
• Valid NMC PIN (if not registered with the NMC yet we offer advice and guidance)
• A proven clinical track record
• Knowledgeable of the statutory requirements associated with care of the elderly
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A strong customer focus
• A flexible approach to working hours
