The post will be based in Helsinki with intensive travelling in programme countries. She/he will identify and track donor opportunities, facilitate donor engagement, is responsible for the development of fundraising strategies for key donors, and coordinate proposal development for programme funding opportunities. The position requires innovative thinking and creativity to package our programme strategies in ways that attract the right donor support and grow our portfolio effectively. She/he will be responsible for portfolio management of assigned SCF Programme countries.
