Finance & Controlling Coordinator (f/m) – SOS Children’s Villages International

SOS Children’s Villages International wishes to appoint to the following post: Finance & Controlling Coordinator.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide funding information, and support an efficient and transparent matching of the financial needs of National Associations (NAs) with available funds at international level

  • Coordinate the budgeting process for member associations

  • Manage funds and transfers and monitor NA accounting

  • Consolidate and check the NAs’ external audit packages and share them with funding associations

  • Steer, carry out and monitor statistical data entry, consolidate and publish statistics

  • Support development of financial policies and guidelines and monitor implementation

  • Coordinate finance crisis management

Requirements:

  • Solid commercial education with knowledge of accounting and financial controlling

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with service-oriented mind-set

  • Fluent in German and English; Spanish and/or French are an asset

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook
