Do you want to help out configuring and adding data into our HRIS application? Here is your opportunity.Join our Global IT unit at Greenpeace International for a six month paid internship to support their application management team to configure and add data in our Global HR system. This is a unique opportunity to get a first insight into Global IT Application Operations in a SaaS environment. You will have a chance to get experience with their international offices in a dynamic and moving forward environment, while getting familiar with SaaS Application Management in an organization.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Assist with country specific system configuration, settings and options;
- Coordinate data entry and review from current systems to the SaaS HRIS application;
- Guide in acceptance testing together with the project team;
- In general, support operational readiness and configuring of the solution.
This internship will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and is a full-time position (40 hours per week) for a fixed term period of 6 months. Remuneration is via a modest monthly honorarium (€ 800/month).
